Our Experience
This collage represents the scope of experience offered by the simcoehandyman. This 1800 sq ft 3 bedroom home features an open concept design, sunken living room floor, cathedral ceilings, skylights and upgraded interior trim and cabinetry. Oak and ceramic flooring was specified throughout the home. An extra, a custom built 6' wide by 15' high stone fireplace was ordered by the owner. This special request required additional onsite planning for footings to support the weight of this traditional feature and as the stone work passed through the exterior walls, very careful attention to the framing, insulation for walls and roof was needed. Onsite, for the master bedroom, in addition to the homes designed 4pc bath, a 3pc ensuite was added and a private deck, preplanned for future enclosure, was incorporated into the floor plan.
The front entrance of this home was finished with a cedar porch with stairs on all 3 sides. The deck was designed large enough to allow for flower boxes and a full bistro style table & chair set.
At the rear of the home a 40' x 12' cedar deck with walkouts from both the living and dining room completed the outdoor living area.
